Our team satisfied the request from the property manager for this furnished investment studio apartment. Again in The Wharf, the objective was to improve and give the apartment a total makeover for the new owner living in Perth.

The transformation included painting, new furniture, accessories, art, light fittings and a kitchen refurbish by replacing doors and adding a glass splashback. Bathroom vanity doors were replaced to match the kitchen.

From dismantling old fixtures to completion a four week time frame was met with immediate letting at a higher rental
